Happy Dynamo Anniversary to our amazing office administrator Layla!
Layla has been part of the team for a whole year now, and has helped to support 70 people into work! This is a huge number of people, and the impact it has had is incredible.
Layla leads the admin side of our Access to Work course, which supports unemployed people into healthcare careers. The role involves many different things, ranging from marketing for the course, to the business and administrative aspect.
Since being at Dynamo, she has also been completing her Level 3 Customer Service qualification and is coming to the end of it now and preparing for her End point assessment. Layla is a great member of the team and works so hard to support people!
