Developing Cornwall’s Healthcare Workforce for the Future
Dynamo Healthcare Training (DHCT) is a specialist provider based in Cornwall, focused on supporting the local Health, Social Care and Voluntary sectors. We support employers with recruitment, workforce development and accessing funding, while helping local people to gain the qualifications and skills they need to commence, maintain and develop careers in the sectors. We provide training for all ages to meet role requirements through apprenticeships and bespoke delivery to meet organisational needs.
Our primary aim is to support employers to build a robust, high quality healthcare workforce to meet the increasing demands on services and to support people to gain access to exciting healthcare career choices.
We offer pre-employment to healthcare courses across Cornwall and through excellent links with Job Centre Plus and others we help individuals to commence healthcare careers. Once employed we continue to work with the employers to develop their workforce through on the job training programmes and accessing Government funding and Grants. We also provide a wide range of accredited and non-accredited training to support the wider workforce in healthcare services, including recruitment support for employers to build their workforce.
We are an endorsed provider with Skills for Care Sector Skills Council and provide a wide range of accredited and non-accredited training to support the wider workforce in healthcare services, including recruitment support for employers to build their workforce.
