Dynamo Healthcare Training and Consultancy Ltd (DHCT) is a specialist provider based in Cornwall, focused on supporting the local Health, Social Care and Voluntary sectors. We support employers with recruitment, workforce development and accessing funding, while helping local people to gain the qualifications and skills they need to commence, maintain and develop careers in the sectors. We provide training for all ages to meet role requirements through apprenticeships, NVQ’s and bespoke delivery to meet organisational needs.
Our primary aim is to support employers to build a robust, high quality healthcare workforce to meet the increasing demands on services and to support people to gain access to exciting healthcare career choices.
We offer pre-employment to healthcare courses across Cornwall and through excellent links with Job Centre Plus, Careers South West, Reed, Prospect and others we help many individuals annually to commence healthcare careers locally. Once employed we continue to work with the employers to develop their workforce through on the job training programmes and accessing Government funding and Grants.
Our Healthcare Academy is a community interest company, set up to support school leavers to prepare for careers through Apprenticeships. We work with local employers to develop Apprenticeship schemes in Clinical Healthcare, Medical Reception, Business Administration, Social Care and Teaching Assistants. We also provide a wide range of accredited and non-accredited training to support the wider workforce in healthcare services, including recruitment support for employers to build their workforce. Please view our Employer page for more information.
