After the success of last years Operation Christmas Child, Dynamo Healthcare Training are collecting Christmas shoeboxes once again for those less fortunate than us.

The Samaritans Operation Christmas Child scheme sends out boxes filled with toys, hygiene items and school supplies to children who may not receive Christmas presents. Here are some things that can be included in the shoeboxes:

Toys – Football and Pump, Cuddly Toys, Dolls, toy cars, small musical instruments, yo-yos, skipping ropes, balls, small puzzles etc.

School Supplies – Pens, pencils and sharpeners, crayons or felt pens, stamps, and ink pad sets, writing pads or notebooks, calculators, colouring + picture books etc.

Hygiene Items – Toothbrush, bars of wrapped soap, comb or hairbrush, flannel etc

Other Items – Hat, gloves, sunglasses, cap, socks, T-Shirt, flip-flops, hair accessories, Jewellery set, watch.

DO NOT INCLUDE – toothpaste, sweets, lotions, liquids – used or damaged items, war-related items, seeds, gum, chocolate, or food items, religious or political literature, medicines, aerosol cans, sharp or fragile items.

If you would like to donate some items to this great cause, bring your gifts to Dynamo Healthcare Training, Unit D The Pattern Shop, Trevoarn, Hayle, TR27 4EZ (Opposite Bookers).  We are asking that all donations be brought in by 11/11/2021.
