LEAP in to something new……

At Dynamo Healthcare Training we are expanding our provision to help support young people in Cornwall to reach their potential.

Our LEAP (Life skills – Employability skills – Aspire – Progress) programme is a post 16, full time provision designed to help learners on their pathway to employment, Further Education or independence. Our dedicated and supportive staff are fully qualified and committed to helping them to achieve their full potential. Personalised tuition in a wide range of employment and independence skills will be the focus of our delivery.

Our aim will be to support each learner into meaningful activity whether that being a job, work placement, volunteering, or an apprenticeship. We welcome and support students with additional needs (EHCP plans). Our courses will help learners in personal progression, whether accessing mainstream education or developing independent living skills.

With our targeted delivery, learners will be supported to learn in a potential work placement setting based on individual preferences, giving  valuable experience. By developing communication skills and self-care abilities, we’ll aim to support earners to gain independence.
