Your employee will be on programme for between 13 and 20 months, depending on the level of the programme. (the Assistant Practitioner Level 5 qualification is 20 months)
If you are a non-levy employer (with a wage bill below £3 million) you will have to pay for 5% of the total training costs. For the leadership qualifications this ranges from between £250 and £600. If you are a levy employer you will pay for the full cost of the qualification.
Yes. There is a requirement that you give your staff paid time to complete their training – this is in line with ESFA/Ofsted rules and has to be a minimum of a day a month – this can be discussed with our assessors.
Your employee will gain a BTEC qualification or Certificate.
No, there is a minimum apprentice wage, but you can pay your employee whatever you like as long as it is above this. For example, if you have an existing member of staff that wants to do their Apprenticeship training you can keep them on the wage that they’re on.
No, there is no ‘day release’ for our apprenticeships. Currently training is virtual, but our assessors can also come out to see your staff if needed.
Yes, we have a range of short courses (accredited and non- accredited) that are fully funded for you and your staff. Please contact us for more information.
