Dynamo offers a range of Customer Services programmes to support apprentices, new recruits and senior customer service advisors. We offer Pearson awarding body accredited qualifications
Customer Service Practitioner – Level 2
Customer Services Practitioner Standard is for front of business support staff.
In order to meet this standard learners will be required to achieve a:
- Level 2 BTEC Customer Services Certificate
- Minimum of Level 1 English and attempt Level 2 English
Duration: 12 months to complete
Cost: Government may fund up to 90% of training fees, it depends on the size of your organisation.

Grant: If the learner is aged 16-18 the employer will receive a grant of £1000
Learners must undertake an End Point Assessment prior to successful completion of their standard. This will include:
- Observation in Practice
- Professional Discussion
- Showcase
Delivery: Blended learning through one to one support with an occupationally competent tutor/assessor in the workplace and our virtual environment
Customer Service Specialist – Level 3
Customer Services Specialist Standard is for Senior Customer Services Advisors
In order to meet this standard learners will be required to achieve a
- Level 3 BTEC Customer Services Certificate
- Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths
Duration: 12 months to complete
Cost: Government may fund up to 90% of training fees, it depends on the size of your organisation.

Grant: If the learner is aged 16-18 the employer will receive a grant of £1000
Learners must undertake an End Point Assessment prior to successful completion of their standard. This will include:
- Practical observation with Q&As.
- Professional discussion supported by portfolio evidence.
- Work based project, supported by an interview.
