Merry Christmas from Dynamo Healthcare Training!
As the year draws to a close and the festive season is upon us, we at Dynamo Healthcare Training want to take a moment to reflect on what has been a truly remarkable year.
Firstly, we extend our heartfelt thanks to all our learners, employers, partners, and supporters. Your dedication, trust, and commitment have been instrumental in helping us achieve so much in 2024. From supporting learners in reaching their goals to collaborating on innovative training programmes, every effort has contributed to our shared success.
This year, we’ve seen significant milestones, as well as strengthening partnerships with employers, ensuring our training remains relevant and impactful.
We couldn’t have achieved any of this without your ongoing support and belief in our mission to empower individuals and organisations through exceptional training and education.
As we look to 2025, we are excited to build on these achievements. Our plans include developing more innovative courses, enhancing our digital learning experiences, and forging stronger connections with the communities we serve. Together, we can continue to make a lasting impact.
During this festive period, we encourage everyone to take a well-deserved break, spend time with loved ones, and recharge for the year ahead.
Thank you once again for being a valued part of the Dynamo family. We wish you a joyful Christmas and a prosperous New Year. Here’s to another successful year of collaboration and growth!
Dynamo Healthcare Training Celebrates Christmas Jumper Day 2024
Dynamo Healthcare Training (DHCT) participated in Christmas Jumper Day 2024 during our annual Christmas Team Meeting. This festive and fun-filled day was a great opportunity for our team to come together, celebrate the holiday season, and raise money for an important cause.
What is Christmas Jumper Day?
Christmas Jumper Day is a nationwide event in the UK, organised by Save the Children. On this day, people across the country don their most festive and outrageous Christmas jumpers to help raise funds for children in need. Whether it’s a reindeer with a flashing nose or a classic snowflake design, the goal is to wear something that spreads cheer and brings a smile to those around us.
Why Support Christmas Jumper Day?
While the day is filled with laughter and light-hearted competition over who has the best (or worst!) jumper, the underlying purpose is serious. The funds raised go directly to Save the Children’s projects, which provide vital support to children living in poverty – both in the UK and around the world. This includes ensuring children have access to essential healthcare, education, and nutritious food, giving them the best possible start in life.
How to Get Involved
On Christmas Jumper Day, our team gathered in our most festive attire, and everyone had the opportunity to donate.
By taking part in Christmas Jumper Day, we aim to make a meaningful contribution while celebrating the season as a team. We encourage everyone to join in the fun next year, whether you’re in the office or working remotely – every little bit helps to change children’s lives.

Let’s pull on our jumpers, spread some joy, and make a difference this Christmas!

Dynamo Healthcare Training Donates to Georgia’s Voice in Place of Secret Santa
This year, the team at Dynamo Healthcare Training decided to forgo the usual Secret Santa tradition and instead donated to Georgia’s Voice, a charity dedicated to supporting the mental health of young women.
Georgia’s Voice was founded in memory of Georgia Brown, a young woman who tragically lost her life to suicide in 2021. The charity’s mission is to provide a safe space and vital mental health support to young women aged 18-25 across Cornwall and the Southwest. Through peer support groups, counselling, and awareness campaigns, Georgia’s Voice works to ensure that no young woman feels alone in their struggles.
Mental health, particularly among young people, has become an increasingly urgent issue. The pressures of modern life, compounded by the isolation brought about by the pandemic, have led to a significant rise in anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. By supporting Georgia’s Voice, Dynamo Healthcare Training is contributing to a cause that aligns closely with our values – nurturing wellbeing and providing care for those who need it most.
We are proud to support a charity that makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of young women. This Christmas, our donation will help Georgia’s Voice continue their invaluable work, offering hope, community, and essential mental health resources.
