We are now looking forward to 2022 and wanted to let you know everything that we have to offer this year –
Access to Work in Healthcare
Our Access to Work in Healthcare course supports unemployed people on their journey to a role fit for them. Our specialist tutors provide 1-1 support in CV writing and interview skills, alongside our ESkills platform which supports those to gain knowledge in a range of subjects, from Mental Health and Personal reliance to Infection Prevention and Control.
ESkills
While we run courses to support those not in work, we also provide fully-funded online training for those in Employment. We offer a range of bundles, based on the needs of you and your team. These are short online courses that can be completely flexible and completed from the comfort of your own home in your own time.
Apprenticeships
As well as the short courses for those in employment, we provide apprenticeships for employers in the Care Sector.
We provide the following apprenticeships:
- Level 2 Adult Care, Level 3 Lead Adult Care, Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care, Level 5 Leader in Adult Care
- Level 2 Customer Service, Level 3 Customer Service, Level 3 Business and Admin, Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor, Level 5 Operational Management.
- Level 2 Healthcare Support, Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support, Level 5 Assistant Practitioner in Healthcare.
These courses range from 12 months to 20 months, and they will support employees to upskill and excel within their role. These are partially- funded courses, and there are grants available!
